Leadership Camp Session Information
Session 1: Improving your Communications Skills
- Need help with Senior Project Presentations?
- Want to have better communication skills with friends?
- Desire to represent yourself better at a job interview?
- Have more confidence when talking in front of your class at school?

Expectations:
- To learn more about yourself.
- To help cope with the fear of public speaking.
- To learn more about the different types of speeches.
- To increase your skill of communication and delivery.
Activities: Preparing your personal schedule, improving how you communicate with others, learning about the different types of speeches, preparing and delivering different types of speeches.
Eligibility: You must keep up your grades in order to fully participate. 80 and above.
Dates: Instructional Days: November 10, 15 &17, 22, & 29. (Meets Tuesday and Thursday each week starting Thursday, November 10. (Five sessions of skills). Delivery and final presentations December 1, 6 & 8, 13 & 15. (Five sessions of delivery). Sessions end at the Holiday break.
Time: Bring your lunch to Art Room we will begin about 5 minutes into Power Lunch A and conclude as Power Lunch B ends.
Seating Limit: 30 people
Cost: Free, bring pencil, paper, cell phone (if possible), and computer to each instructional session.
